"I don't think in clinical labels. I think in real life."
For more than fifteen years, Dr. Githinji has sat with people through some of their hardest times, and helped them find their feet again.
Having come through breast cancer herself, she offers rare, first-hand understanding to anyone facing diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
Beyond the therapy room, her background includes years of university-level teaching and research in psychology, so her approach is grounded in evidence, not just intuition.
Pay per session, or save with a bundle. Pay by M-Pesa Paybill or by card in your own currency. Weekend sessions carry a Ksh 1,000 inconvenience fee.
Healing usually takes more than one conversation. Bundles make consistent care affordable.
Worried about a sibling, a parent, a friend, and wish you could just do something? Now you can. Pay for and gift a first session to someone close to you, and share a little of what's been going on from your side so their counsellor can prepare.
We reach out to your loved one gently and privately. They choose whether to accept, and we never begin without their consent. Their sessions stay confidential to them, and your gift is valid for 3 months.
For urgent (but not life-threatening) support, book a priority session and we'll get you in with an available counsellor, usually within a few hours the same day.

"Our son had shut us out completely. Dr. Githinji got him talking again, and honestly got us listening. The whole house feels different."
"After my second baby the heaviness wouldn't lift. Dr. Githinji was warm and never rushed me. Slowly, I started feeling like myself again."
Illustrative client stories. We'll feature real, consented reviews as they come in.
Yes. Your sessions and information are private and protected. The only rare exceptions are where there's a serious risk to your safety or someone else's, and we'll always be honest with you about that.
Yes. Adolescent counselling is one of Dr. Githinji's core specialties. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian books and consents; the sessions themselves stay confidential to the young person within the usual limits of safety.

After you book and pay, you'll receive a private Zoom link by SMS and email. At your appointment time, you tap the link and meet your counsellor face-to-face, from home, work, or anywhere with internet. Prefer a phone call? Just choose that when you book.
We see clients Monday to Friday, with daytime and evening slots. Saturdays and Sundays are kept for emergencies and special sessions, and carry a Ksh 1,000 weekend fee on top of the session price.
